I think there is room to negotiate. There can't be changes made until they get back to the table. Iran gains nothing by refusing this meeting. It's better to talk and find out what each wants. There are many players here. A gentle approach as offered is better than a brash "or else" attitude.

Iran previously indicated a desire to return to a previous agreement. What has changed? We are not fooled by sponsors of terrorism. But, we do have to coexist.
