Gen. William Walker (who is the Commander of the D.C. National Guard) testified and repeatedly mentioned Flynn's name as being the principle in the decision, and he even attributed it to the "wrong" Flynn (Mike initially) and later corrected himself to say it was "Charles".

And then I found out that the 2 Flynns are brothers
