Job market tight bringing marginal applicants. Cost cutting and temp hires. Overseas linguists. All of the above so the raw submissions always look like this but editor is out for the night. Grammar checker on the fritz.

Someone thinks they're doing fine and they did cover the story even as civilized (sivullized?) standards are lowered.
