So yes, these energy attack speculation is tinfoil territory.

And yes, there are such weird weapons around, but if they were any good, they would be visible on the battle fields - not used for giving mild symptoms to some diplomats and their dogs.

If this is not just hysteria, the culprit might be on the roof of the US embassies themselves - all their own antenna systems.
