2. Well having the majority paying most of the taxes would not be a big issue if it also meant

that the wealthy and corporations paid said people a high enough wage that they can afford to do that as well as pay all their bills and afford to set aside enough for retirement.
Of course the majority of the wealthy and the corporations never follow through on that part even though the politicians they bribe to cut said taxes spew forth bullshit to the public that it will happen in order to justify said tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations.
