All would be the same as has been (occurring) in the past, except the two states noted would not be first nor second (in the scheme of those things); and I herewith totally withdraw my silly statement of not allowing the great state of Iowa nor the grand state of New Hampshire to perform their official duties until that previously detailed year.

Of course you would be allowed to vote in both the primary as well as in the actual Presidential election(s).
