Lindell claimed he would have the support of multiple states' attorneys in general as he hoped to take this issue to the Supreme Court. The 60-year-old claimed he would have this support by Thanksgiving, a deadline he set himself, but he did not receive it and the lawsuit was not filed.
Lindell simply concluded that his grifting wasn't profitable anymore. The expenses stopped being covered by his take some time ago. He's out of cash and his creditors are after him. He's selling his products at a whopping 2/3 discount just to keep some cash flow. He sold his $2.5 million private plane a few weeks ago. He faces a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit and real attorneys cost real money.
