51. KOMO AM 1000 just had an expert on, bridge built 1955 considered obsolete but functional.

When asked if this bridge could collapse if overhead girder hit as was described she said yes. Breaking: witness said bridge was collapsing as truck was crossing. Speculation is that the truck load was hit by collapsing bridge as opposed to load striking bridge causing collapse.
