and fined/charged w/ a crime/if guilty, pay a fine or do the time. Negate contracts awarded falsely in these circumstances. Have a special task force to go after these crooks and don't let them hold suits up in the courts or it'll take forever. Quick and swift justice if warranted.

I'm so disappointed that there are so much willing to eat at the trough, and pay to play basically. Crime has paid and we need to ensure that crime doesn't pay.
