funds to flow into a state be limited by the amount that they paid in as Federal taxes.
I know this sound brutal. But, if we don't do it, the residents of Kentucky and other Red states will just sit around doing nothing, becoming more lazy each day.
Also, Red state Federal politicians should have their salaries reduced prorata according to the percentage of their state's Fed tax paid.
That would reduce Moscow Mitch's salary more than 50%. That would increase the pride they would have in not picking the pockets of Blue state tax payers.
