Despite its ever-growing popularity in the US, bottled water is atrocious for the environment. To quote Harvard Universitys Office for Sustainability, The entire life cycle of bottled water uses fossil fuels, contributes to global warming, and causes pollution.

I use a Zero pitcher, but same thing. It works great and we're not adding plastic to earth or ocean.

I don't have a choice in the matter. Gas wells were drilled near my property that ruined my well.
