The Democrat who ran against him ended up in a Florida motel room so drunk he actually could not speak, he was with a male prostitute and a doctor with a suspended license. The sex worker was overdosing on meth and had to be hospitalized, the "doctor" was of no help, except he probably administered the meth by injection. Andrew Gillum was too drunk to even make a statement.
Obviously, we need help in Florida...
