Is This Woman a Criminal? [View all]

Should the DEA and Congress be allowed to arrest her, or to remove her children from her custody because she uses medical marijuana? She's not the only one in such a circumstance.

Congress - have you no shame?

Remove cannabis from the controlled substances act.
