all poll workers being instructed to give provisional ballots and not the democratic cross over ballot…She did say that she verified that the 90 page book did have the correct answer. The instructor video did not, and that is where this becomes a point of contention.

The video lists three issues that happened simultaneously to believe that this is more than technical error.
