Not from pigs, but actual human blood. And in addition to being a reliable NRA tool, Ernst has done Trump's bidding every step of the way, taking a rigidly far-right stance while representing a swing state that is having serious second thoughts about him (and Steve King for that matter) these days. Indeed, she must be reverted back to the hog farm. Come 2021 perhaps King could use the work as well!
