He narrated a story about a fake Congressional Medal of Honor recipient to a group of real Congressional Medal of Honor recipients.

He couldn't recognize the only black member of his cabinet.

On and on it goes.

The only reason Saint Ronnie wasn't an even bigger national embarrassment was because his handlers kept him away from the press. On the few occasions he was caught in the public and asked questions about his administration, he looked confused and couldn't provide coherent answers.
