5. Yes. Seriously wacko stuff from one God+RWNJ station I couldn't stomach for long

Part of what I was astonished with is the proliferation of this and RWNJ based stations there are here now. Punching the FM dial, at least three God stations and four (one was a Fox affiliate, and really the more grounded one!) RWNJ ranting, raving hearing the "democrat party", the "socialist party", mostly raving about saving the unborn mixed with wacko anti-socialism and conspiracy garbage. That's one wild ratio to the one NPR station that was broadcasting fluff at the time. It's been a few years, I don't recall the radio dial being so lopsided back then.
We have one such station in the north bay. I listen to it sometimes to stay awake if I'm tired driving home from work. But it doesn't hold a candle to the level of non compos mentis wackjob drivel I heard in one last hour of driving across dark desert freeway.
I was so awake with sheer disgust and astonishment I couldn't sleep for nearly an hour after checking into my hotel.
