My father always loved to watch The West Wing, but he had so much trouble following the fast dialogue, especially when they were doing the "walking and talking" jump cuts through the hallways.

That was back in broadcast times, so you couldn't pause or rewind to listen again for the snappy comebacks or bon mots.
