1. I was just at my doctor's office a couple of weeks ago

and the receptionists there, all three of them, had their necks cranked down on their shoulders holding phones in place while they worked on computers and arranged appointments. That is going to cause long-term grief to their spines! For years and years hands-free head sets have been available, and still many offices are stuck in such antiquated situations. Such a cheap upgrade to benefit years of health for these workers!
