10. I wouldn't worry about it. You authorized the payment, if they don't take it, it is on them.

(assuming of course that Block processed it, and if they didn't, then they are responsible) Don't worry, if I am on your tax evasion jury, I will suggest that you get less than ten years at hard labor.

Our 2019 taxes, filed in '20 took the IRS about 10 months to process. We owed some piddling sum, but since they hadn't processed the return, It kept us from getting one of the Covid stimulus check on time, which we later got as a tax refund.
