A small, family business can be a pain to work for especially with non-educated, small minded owners.
I worked for one many years ago. Seven people all together. Husband/wife owners, two managers and three of us worker bees. A little top heavy, huh? Then they hired their teenage daughter who decided some worker bee tasks were beneath her. I was gone soon after - best move of my life.
