While taking Forest Technology continuing Ed classes at Clemson University, a requirement of faculty in my job, I had the treat of the world famous Blue Cheese made by students in their Agriculture Dairy
Curriculum, and the salad dressing made with it.
Never veered away from Blue Cheese.after.
If never gets a chance visit Clemson ya gotta shoo at the Dairy Store and purchase a huge chuck.
And their ice cream……Daaaaamn.
So….Blue cheese….if I die from it, line my casket with it.
