We always buy a turkey the day after thnksgiving because the stores are practically giving them away and we cook another T-day dinner. We call it thanks alot. I have a seal a meal and I shrinkwrap all the leftovers and freeze them plus I boil the carcass for a day and strain it for soup stock. Mmmm good!
