You need to concentrate that you barely pay attention to anything else other than trying to be in position and in that moment.

I mean, when I do Bikram, I am one of maybe 5 guys in a room of 50 people, most of them skimpily clad women with tight fitting clothes. Once you start the session, you can't really look at anything since you'd fall down or something. I can't do it, and once done, you're just too tired to do much else other than stumble outside that 105+ degree room feeling light headed.

Still, I don't know if I can do that, I'm shy.
