10. People who deliberately alter their speed to block the lane.

At some point someone in the big line of cars stuck behind them pops out to the right, hammers the gas and rips it back over in front of them with inches to spare. THAT really pisses um off so they have to find a semi and spend 50 miles to pass the thing and then shoot up to 90 to get to the next pack of cars before anyone else can get by.


I've been known to get away from them on distance drives by taking a ramp and then getting right back on. Works 90% of the time to get me between the packs.

A lot of other passive aggressive crap is just irritating. Roll my eyes at the poor pathetic person and move on. This particular habit can get someone killed in the bottleneck they create. God forbid someone blow a tire or hydroplanes etc.
