to stay very close to home, some wont even leave their yards. so if he is neutered, he is probably staying close by, but since there are many stupid kids and psychos out there, you never know. i used to volunteer at an animal shelter, and they never adopted out black cats in october, plus they screened the crap out of people anyway

so happy that he beat the odds! those little ones are so fragile, many dont make it.
