While I feel Cuba is far to communist, I do believe that a lot of their socialist policies could be implemented here. How is racial equality there. I've been told that in most Latin countries, the darker your skin the less opportunity you have. Seems the lighter complexion people are always the in charge. I know this is the case in Mexico, I have family there and discrimination towards darker skinned people is rampant.
