10. Center for Voter Information is a deceptive shell organization - Creating havoc in Florida

It is deceptive counter productive mailing. It doesn't inspire anyone to vote. Read this link, it is currently posted on the Broward County Supervisor of Elections webpage about the deceptive mailings in Florida April, 2020:

This was sent to the Florida Secretary of State on behalf of the county Supervisor of Elections for multiple Florida counties.
