1. I have encountered this situation with many of my clients (immigrant community). Although I've

urged them to seek redress through government agencies, they are too afraid to even try to navigate through the process and that even if they prevail, there is yet another process they have to go through to try and collect. And then, there is always the fear that their immigration status will be used against them.
