Establish his residency in Texas which was rented out to guests being the room of George Bush. George W moved into a home in Houston in order to qualify residency so he could run as governor. Cheney had to give up his Texas residency because the president and vice president could not be from the same state. Liz Cheney moved to a home in Wyoming to establish residency to run for senator. It is a pig pen.
