I don't see how the administration could trust her to give non-whites the same quality of care she gives to whites. She could be doing subtle digs such as making them wait a longer time to answer the call bell, making them wait longer for pain medicine, not providing help with morning ablutions, disrespecting family and visitors, etc.
I sure wouldn't want her to be my nurse at all now and I'm an old white lady. Everything she did would be suspect to me.
She's pathetic as a nurse and especially as a person.
ETA:. The Nurses Union is defending her purely on a free speech issue because people in all professions "say bad things". That's all they got.
