"what's good for the goose is good for the gander." It does seem like the best way the Republicans can get a bill approved in a bi-partisan method without having the appearance of bias towards women.

It certainly seems germane in my opinion and we need to protect the health of men who might suffer the severe effects of priapism including ischemia that may cause gangrene and necessitate the removal of the penis! Yeppers, the governor and lt. gov. need to get a firm grip on this one.
