In regards to my moonshine question, been watching too much Moonshiners on the discovery channel. Hope I can someday hook up with the guy that knows a guy. I want to try it.

In terms of housing, what are the must haves. Do I need air conditioning? Fireplace?
Garage? How important is it to have these?
