Hiring managers all think you eat donuts all day long and can't envision anyone over 30 in most positions

Frontline managers are afraid you know more than them and will take their job

Employment ads all want recent graduates

You must have recent and specific experience even though you've launched a thousand ships amid decades of company growth and turmoil

Never sold on the phone? Unqualified! Never cleaned a pet stall? How do you expect us to hire you?

Companies can't find workers, no one's qualified? It's because they don't consider candidates' qualifications. They just rubber stamp what HR and Legal tell them.

This anchor is being railroaded into retirement for obvious reasons. Would they be doing this if she were 25?
