This guy is definitely CONTAMINATED with BIASED thinking. Therefore by definition he does not have the ability to be IMPARTIAL. He can get a job at the local fast food place where his BIAS will not affect people....There are STANDARDS which an employee must have to perform their job correctly. This person lacks being UNBIASED......
