The TX Sec. of State power point for election judges is okay on this but there will be confusion in this election. Senator Wendy Davis got the substantially similar language added to SB14. Without that language, this election would be a nightmare and I am not sure that there will not be meltdowns along the way. My county has already reported a couple of incidents to the state party
