Do stay as hydrated as you can. Sit in your tub with cool water and wet towels. Make sure you eat.

When we had a power outage that lasted 3 days, my husband bought several blocks of dry ice to keep things in the fridge and freezer cold. Being that we have natural gas, I was able to cook. We used hand fans to keep from getting overheated. Candle light for night. This happened in the middle of summer a number of years ago. It can get mighty hot and humid in Minnesota in July.
