TX(with Joaquin Castro-D or MJ Hegar) on the border between Tier one and Tier two.
KY(with McGrath-D)
MT(with Schweitzer-D) if Schweitzer-D gotten appointed in 2014, he would be in the US Senate now.
MS(with Presley-D)
WV(with Ojeda-D)
