(1,019 posts)Like how Clinton is using 2008 Obama's successful delegate strategy and Sanders is using 2008 Clinton's unsuccessful state wins strategy. Bernie's campaign has even been vocal lately about trying to "flip" delegates, both pledged and super-delegates, which is basically the argument Clinton tried when she was badly behind and knew she would not be able to catch up on pledged delegates. Sanders even has his own "Mark Penn" in Tad Devine. Both Devine and Penn are consultants who deceived their own campaigns for their own enrichment.
But I supported Clinton in 2008, and she campaigned pretty deep into the calendar, so I'm not trying to imply Sanders should drop out. I'm just pointing out that we already know the script for this play, and ultimately, the ending.
