Kenya has thousands of doctors (with actual medical degrees that are recognized outside of Kenya) who are waiting for employment... but Kenya's government wants to import Cuban "doctors" (who are not physicians by any standard outside of Cuba) instead?

Where is the logic?

Cuban doctors have been tried elsewhere, and it has been epic failures. Of all the Cuban doctors sent to Brazil years ago during the Lula years, not a single one has been able to pass the test to become a legitimate physician in Brazil. NONE are licensed to work as physicians there.

The Cuban doctors who were sent to Venezuela to work at the Barrio Adentro mission clinics? GONE! They abandoned ship when Castro and Chavez quit paying them. They were well qualified to give immunizations and perform well baby checks, but not capable of doing anything more than a new nursing graduate might be able to offer. They were, however, quite adept an impregnating a large amount of poor Venezuelan women before they left town.

LOVE the barbed wire!
