Nope... though I use it as an example. It's the "Argument behind it" (that you can predict the future frequency of major reactor accidents for new designs by looking at the past frequency of entirely different designs) that you've claimed is "completely valid". I haven't been defending some industry estimate, I've been laughing at the one you felt was valid.

If instead of the "argument behind" the sensationalistic claim, you instead meant to say something else... that's another thing entirely.
