285 chickens, four pigs, and one cow are killed every second in the United States alone.

If you’re someone who loves animals, you can save over four hundred innocent animals each year by going vegan. You will not only ease your conscience, but you will also be saving the environment and improving your own health. My only regret about going vegan six years ago is that I didn’t do it sooner.
