sites that sell religious tracts designed to look like the back of a US banknote - $20, $50, $100 which the 'righteous' leave in place of a tip. The poor waiter/waitress sees what (s)he thinks is a $100 bill sticking out beneath a plate on the table and picks it up - only to find that it's a bible tract, not real money.
