I have major depression—it’s part and parcel of CPTSD.
I don’t hide it, and I find more people than you might expect have psych issues too.

Personally, im glad to share that I’m doing better—my psychiatrist added Abilify (generic Aripiprazole) and it’s made a world of difference.
