6. My doctor who gave me my Botox injections said it takes

about 9 months for it to fully kick in and that is when it finally worked for me. I was told that if I still get some migraines I can inject myself with Aimovig but so far decided not to. I have them every day and a sip of coffee, 3 aspirins and tylenol usually work if I take them as soon as I feel one starting. If I still have it half an hour later I take Sumaritan and that usually does the trick.

I found out that the reason I had a killer headache for 2 weeks was that I had a high fever for a week and that triggered the headache. My doctor said ANY FACTOR that is new/different can trigger a migraine...from low humidity to an infection.
