Almost always have some sticky rice in the frig! Why not cook 4 c in the cooker when ya only want/need two? Reheats well usually.
Would need to get the wasabi and pickled ginger and since I live on the coast i have excellent choices of protein!
WAY less expensive than my sushi splurges too I am betting!
