4. Simple and easy

This isn't exactly gourmet, but I made it recently and my husband and adult sons loved it.

Spray a 9 x 12 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup with enough milk to thin it down a little, say 1/2 cup or so of milk. Spread half of soup mixture on bottom of dish. Cover soup mixture with chopped broccoli. Sprinkle with chunks of cooked chicken breast. Cover with remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle one box of Stove Top stuffing mix over the top. Bake at 350 till bubbly, about 20 minutes.
