I'm planning this as an accompaniment for our Thanksgiving Friday dinner featuring a beautiful beef tenderloin roast. Last night, we found our test of this dish to be awesome! (Never try a new recipe for guests!)

Regardless, have a delicious Thanksgiving dinner, spinbaby!
