2. I make a great marinara sauce with the San Marzanos. And make/freeze stewed tomatoes

I put peppers in the mix, and also freeze diced and sliced peppers. I use them in soups, curries and stews, all Winter long. Or, I cook them up, use the immersion blender and create an interesting pasta sauce. I also grow my own garlic, oregano and basil.

I planted Scotch Bonnets for my nephew in law. For me, I planted Chili Peppers that I will dry for those soups, stews and curries.

We eat the grape tomatoes like candy and I have a couple of good dishes I use them in, like Lemon Rice and pasta dishes.
