I really miss that sucker. Great deal of satisfaction in seeing many brightly colored jars of veges and fruit on the shelves.

I just core peppers, put in a bag and throw in the freezer. Always tasty for chili and casseroles.

I just wish there was some way to freeze watermelon.....sigh.
